The new theme we’ve seen floating around this year is: New Year, Same Me. We love this thought! And we prefer it over the old traditional phrase: New Year, New Me. We are always evolving as individuals and it’s important to remember that at your core, you’re probably already an amazing human. Why change yourself entirely? That’s a lofty goal that most people can’t keep up with after just the first month of the year. Why not make some smaller tweaks that are more attainable?
